Returns & Replacements

You must be 100% satisfied with any product you order from Chiswick.com. Otherwise, return it within 30 days for a refund, replacement or merchandise credit. Please contact our Customer Service Department at (888) 280-2228 to arrange for a return or replacement.

Sales Tax

Chiswick charges sales tax on orders, based on the destination of the order, in accordance with state and local tax laws. We are required to charge sales tax based on the tax laws of that state.

Tax Exemption

If you are Tax Exempt, please enter your Tax Exempt Identification Number during the Check Out process. With a valid ID, your orders will not be charged tax.
