shipping UPS Ground are shipped same day. We will
notify you by email when your order has shipped.
Shipping
times for custom or imprinted products vary, although

How
are shipping charges calculated? |
| |
|
Your
shipping charges are based on the weight of the
product and your location relative to our fulfillment
centers. Most of our products are sent via UPS Ground
service. Oversized items
are sent at a 30 lb rate. Any individual item weighing
over 50 lbs or any complete order weighing over
150 lbs is shipped by truck to reduce your shipping
charges.

receive a shipping charge quote, you may 1.) Add
items to your shopping cart, enter your zip code,
then click on the recalculate button or 2.) Go to

packaging is our specialty. We have access to many
product sizes that don't appear online or in our catalog.

How do Staples Industrial coupons and rebates contribute to the Staples Industrial price? |

When calculating a price match, we’ll deduct any available Staples Industrial coupons, Staples Industrial Rebates (instant, easy or mail–in) and manufacturer rebates from the Staples Industrial price to arrive at a net price. For example, if you buy an item from us for $100 and we offer a $20 instant rebate, the net price is $80. If another company’s price is $80 or more, we will not match the price. Another example: if you buy an item from us for $159 and you have a $30 coupon, the net price is $129. If another company’s price is $125, your price match would be $4. Back

We’ll match another company’s final price after deducting an instant rebate. If another company offers a product that comes with a mail–in rebate, gift check, gift card or an equivalent, we will only match the price you pay at the point of purchase and will not take the mail–in rebate, gift check, gift card or equivalent into account. If another company offers a product that comes with a free or discounted item and Staples Industrial does not carry the free or discounted item, we will only match the price you pay at the point of purchase and will not take the free or discounted item into account. Yes. When we compare our price to another company's delivery price, the equivalent delivery charges will be included. If the other company's delivery charges are not supplied, we will add $7.95 to the other company’s price. Back
