Catalog Quick Order

Save time with our Catalog Quick Order feature. Simply enter item numbers directly from a Staples Industrial catalog, then move right into your shopping cart to check out.

Fast Reorder

Reorder products with a few clicks of your mouse. On the Fast Reorder screen enter the item number that you'd like to reorder, then move right into your shopping cart to check out. You may also use Fast Reorder while viewing your Order History.

Saving My Shopping Cart

During the checkout process, you may save your shopping cart for future visits. Simply choose the Save My Cart button in the Shopping Cart screen. Then, next time you visit Chiswick.com, go to the shopping cart page and choose the Order From Saved Shopping Cart option. This will bring you back to your saved shopping cart.

Custom Sizes and Large Quantities

Custom packaging is our specialty. We have access to many product sizes that don't appear online or in our catalog. We also offer special pricing on large quantities for many of our products. Canceling an Order

To cancel an order placed online, please contact our Customer Service Department at (888) 280-2228.

Minimum Order

We have no minimum dollar amount for orders placed online. Some items may have minimum quantity requirements. Minimums may also apply for sale items and custom products.

Can I order without registering?

Yes! You may place orders online without registering. However, registering will speed up your ordering process and eliminate the need for you to retype customer information on every order. Tell me more about the benefits of registering.

Can I buy products not shown on the site?

Yes. We have access to many product sizes and types that don't appear online or in our catalog. To request a price quote on custom sizes and products, contact our custom print department at (800) 313-1421.

Can I buy less than a case?

It depends on the product line. Some products are sold individually & by the case. Ex-tape rolls. Other products are only sold by the case. This will be specified on each product page in the section where you add a product to your cart, next to the box where you enter your quantity.
