Staples Industrial delivery policy

• An estimated delivery date will be provided after your order is placed.
• Products may be delivered in separate shipments and on separate days, based on distribution centers.
• Orders placed by 5:00pm EST will ship same business day.* Items shipped direct from the vendor may require an earlier order placement time. You will be notified of the estimated delivery date in a confirmation e-mail.
• Staples Industrial catalog and web site businesses are operated within the continental US for customers within the continental US and therefore do not ship or bill to international addresses. Staples Industrial delivers to street addresses (not P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO) in the continental US only.

Certain Staples Industrial items originate directly from carefully selected vendors and manufacturers. In many instances, delivery personnel will deliver your order to your entrance. Other items are prestocked at warehouses and delivered by a common carrier. For these items a loading dock is needed. If one is not available, delivery personnel will bring your order to the tailgate of the truck and you are responsible for unloading the items and bringing them into your building.

*Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, except holidays.

When will my order ship?

Stock orders received by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, shipping UPS Ground are shipped same day. We will notify you by email when your order has shipped.

Shipping times for custom or imprinted products vary, although most ship within 15 business days. Please Contact Us for more information.

Shipping To Multiple Addresses

You may store an unlimited number of shipping addresses on your account. When checking out, choose the appropriate shipping address for your order. Only one address may be associated with an individual order.

To duplicate an order and send it to a different address, you may use the Fast Reorder function, or reorder through your Order History.

Shipping Charges

FREE Freight on all Staples Industrial ^sm orders over $250. $15 Flat rate on all orders under $250. Excludes expedited shipping charges.

Expedited shipping charges are based on the weight of the product and your location relative to our fulfillment centers. Most of our products are sent via UPS Ground service. Oversized items are sent at a 30 lb rate. Any individual item weighing over 50 lbs or any complete order weighing over 150 lbs is shipped by truck to reduce your shipping charges.
